Job Description
This role involves leading the strategy and execution of internal product tools to enhance product development and business decision-making, requiring cross-functional collaboration and technical leadership to deliver impactful platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the strategy and roadmap for internal Product Tools ecosystem
- Lead planning and execution of tool development and deployment across engineering teams
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure tool effectiveness and business impact
- Mitigate program risks and resolve cross-team roadblocks to ensure timely delivery
- Drive change management strategies to promote user adoption and integration of tools
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage and deliver complex, multi-team technical roadmaps from conception through launch and adoption.
- Experience in defining and executing a 3-year strategic roadmap for internal product tools, including securing cross-functional buy-in and establishing clear priorities and resource allocation aligned with key business goals.
- Ability to accelerate tool delivery and adoption by leading planning and execution across multiple engineering teams, ensuring the successful, on-time launch of critical features and platform improvements.
- Experience in establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for tool effectiveness, providing regular status updates and executive reports on progress, risks, and business impact.
- Proactive risk mitigation skills to address high-level program risks and resolve complex cross-team roadblocks, ensuring smooth execution and meeting major roadmap milestones.
- Experience in defining and implementing change management strategies to ensure successful user adoption and integration of tools into product operations.
- Strong technical background enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and drive efficient solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate strategy, manage expectations, and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Ability and willingness to work onsite from the Santa Clara, CA office in accordance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
