Job Description
This role involves leading the strategy and execution of internal product tools to enhance product development and business decision-making, requiring cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and technical leadership to drive operational excellence and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the strategy and roadmap for internal Product Tools ecosystem.
- Lead planning and execution to accelerate tool delivery and adoption.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for tool effectiveness and report progress.
- Mitigate program risks and resolve cross-team roadblocks.
- Drive change management strategies to ensure user adoption and integration of tools.
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage and deliver complex, multi-team technical roadmaps from conception through launch and adoption.
- Experience in defining and executing a 3-year strategic roadmap for internal product tools, including securing cross-functional buy-in and establishing clear priorities and resource allocation aligned with key business goals.
- Ability to accelerate tool delivery and adoption by leading planning and execution across multiple engineering teams, ensuring the successful, on-time launch of critical features and platform improvements.
- Experience establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for tool effectiveness, providing regular status updates, and communicating progress, risks, and business impact to executives.
- Proactive risk management skills to mitigate high-level program risks and resolve complex cross-team roadblocks, ensuring smooth execution and timely achievement of major roadmap milestones.
- Experience defining and implementing change management strategies focused on successful user adoption and ensuring tools become an integrated backbone for product operations.
- Strong technical background enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and drive efficient solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate strategy, manage expectations, and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Willingness to work onsite from the Santa Clara, CA office in accordance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary range: 165,000 - 248,000 USD
