Job Description

The role involves developing and executing go-to-market strategies for Pure Storage's renewed product lines, focusing on customer acquisition, partner enablement, market expansion, and business development to drive demand and growth in new and underserved segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end customer acquisition strategies for renewed product lines.
  • Design and test low-cost routes-to-market through distributors, resellers, and digital platforms.
  • Analyze customer acquisition costs, pricing elasticity, and offer configurations to optimize profitability.
  • Build programs and incentives to enable partners and distributors to market and sell renewed products.
  • Manage partner engagement models to increase sales velocity through scaled channels.
  • Identify underserved market segments and launch SKUs and offers to meet market demand and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing to craft messaging, collateral, and outreach for new segments.
  • Lead business development efforts with ecosystem partners to unlock volume-based deals and long-term alliances.
  • Structure pilot programs and pricing strategies to scale demand.
  • Track sales data, partner performance, and conversion metrics; build dashboards and conduct business reviews.
  • Act as the voice of the Renewed business within sales and product organizations.

Requirements

  • Six (6) years of experience in product management, go-to-market (GTM), or business strategy roles, preferably in B2B hardware, SaaS, or infrastructure markets.
  • Demonstrated experience building or scaling products in low-end, emerging, or non-core markets.
  • Channel and partner experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong business and analytical skills, including the ability to model pricing, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and total addressable market (TAM).
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking with a bias toward action and experimentation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, operations, legal, and sales teams.
  • Expertise in low-end and small-to-medium business (SMB) markets.
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite at the Santa Clara office in accordance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
