Job Description
This role involves developing and shaping core components of an innovative autonomous storage platform, focusing on automation, API development, and scalable control systems to enhance data storage management across various products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build automation and service delivery features for the storage platform
- Develop resilient distributed control systems
- Create and maintain API libraries
- Build declarative intent-based policy management engines
- Implement scalable transactional processing
- Integrate platform components with products such as FlashArray, FlashBlade, and Pure1
- Shape core capabilities of the platform as an early team member
Requirements
- Experience across all phases of the software product lifecycle including concept, product definition, MVP, launch, and mature product support.
- Proficiency in Go or Java programming languages, with a willingness to work in Go, Java, Python, and optionally Angular.
- Background in enterprise environments, cloud providers, or managing large public or private cloud deployments.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to share ideas effectively across teams and roles.
- Ability to work in an open office team environment.
- Ability to work onsite at the Prague office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
