Job Description
The Application Engineer for AI Automation is responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven enterprise automation solutions, integrating complex business platforms like Salesforce, Zuora, and ServiceNow, and developing autonomous workflows and multi-agent systems to enhance enterprise operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement MCP servers to expose Salesforce services for AI agents
- Decompose enterprise data models from Salesforce, Zuora, and ServiceNow to build schemas and AI pipelines
- Develop multi-agent collaboration frameworks for autonomous task execution
- Build and optimize RAG retrieval architectures and secure API integrations for AI agents
- Guide AI automation strategy and set standards for enterprise AI interactions
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in software engineering with expert-level proficiency in Python for AI orchestration and JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java for enterprise service development.
- Proven success building AI agents using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and implementing advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to solve complex business problems.
- Deep knowledge of the Salesforce API Object model and the ability to autonomously master new platforms like Zuora or ServiceNow by deconstructing their data relationships and documentation.
- Advanced skill in designing and consuming RESTful APIs, managing complex OAuth flows, and architecting secure, scalable integrations between disparate global systems.
- Ability to synthesize enterprise data models by rapidly decomposing the data structures of Salesforce, Zuora, and ServiceNow to build effective schemas and AI pipelines that allow agents to interact deeply with core business logic.
- Experience in architecting and implementing robust Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that expose complex Salesforce services such as Quote, Opportunity, and Renewal to AI agents, moving from passive retrieval to active execution.
- Experience in leading the development of multi-agent collaboration frameworks where specialized agents (e.g., Sales, Billing, and Contract agents) communicate and execute tasks with minimal human intervention.
- Ability to build and refine high-performance RAG Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures and secure REST API integrations to ensure AI agents have the context and connectivity needed to operate across disparate cloud environments.
- Deep understanding of enterprise platforms, specifically Salesforce, Zuora, and ServiceNow, including deconstructing their data relationships and documentation to facilitate AI integration.
- Location requirement: Willingness to work primarily from the Bangalore office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
