The role involves leading sales and strategic initiatives to modernize public sector data storage infrastructure, building strong customer relationships, and positioning innovative data management solutions within the SLED market, primarily focusing on government, education, and local institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end sales cycle within the SLED sector to meet revenue targets
Position Everpure solutions and technology as the preferred choice for public sector clients
Lead pursuit teams to design and execute account plans addressing customer challenges
Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders across organizations
Navigate complex procurement processes, including RFIs, RFPs, and contract negotiations
Prospect for new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
Articulate technical benefits to diverse audiences to demonstrate value
Requirements
Proven success navigating the SLED procurement process, including deep experience with RFIs, RFPs, and contract negotiations, alongside an understanding of working with Federal system integrators.
Experience in strategic sales with the ability to prospect new logos and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, demonstrating a Challenger Mindset and outcome-driven approach.
Exceptional communication skills with a track record of building internal and external partnerships, and the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to assess and manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue, leveraging CRM tools to track success and consistently delivering referenceable business results.
Experience owning territory growth by driving the end-to-end sales cycle within the SLED sector, including identifying and securing new logo opportunities and expanding existing accounts to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Ability to position and evangelize Everpure Solutions and all-flash technology as the superior choice for public sector needs, translating complex technical benefits into clear, compelling value propositions for diverse stakeholders.
