This role involves leading sales and strategic initiatives to modernize public sector data storage infrastructure, building strong customer relationships, and promoting innovative solutions within the SLED market sector.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end sales cycle within the SLED sector to secure new opportunities and expand existing accounts
Position and evangelize Everpure solutions and technology as the preferred choice for public sector customers
Lead pursuit teams to design and execute account plans that address customer challenges and ensure long-term success
Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders across technical and executive levels
Requirements
Proven success navigating the SLED procurement process, including deep experience with RFIs, RFPs, and contract negotiations, alongside an understanding of working with Federal system integrators.
Experience in strategic sales with the ability to prospect new logos and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, demonstrating a Challenger Mindset and customer insights utilization.
Exceptional communication skills with a track record of building internal and external partnerships, and the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to assess and manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue, leveraging CRM tools to track success and consistently delivering referenceable business results.
Experience owning territory growth by driving the end-to-end sales cycle within the SLED sector, including identifying and securing new logo opportunities and expanding existing accounts to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Ability to position the Everpure Platform and all-flash technology as the superior choice for public sector needs by translating complex technical benefits into clear, compelling value propositions for diverse stakeholders.
Ability to lead pursuit teams including technical experts, product managers, and channel partners to design and execute account plans that solve customer challenges and ensure long-term success.
Strong relationship-building skills from the data center to the boardroom, establishing the company as a trusted advisor and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
Educational background or experience relevant to technology sales or data storage solutions (implied, as technical understanding is necessary for articulating complex benefits).
