This role involves selling and promoting all-flash enterprise storage solutions to financial industry clients in Japan, building strong customer relationships, leading sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets through technical expertise and consultative engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Evangelize and promote Everpure's all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions to financial customers in Japan
Build and develop relationships with customers to demonstrate Everpure's value and ensure high customer satisfaction
Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to engage internal resources for customer acquisition
Drive and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
Identify and open new customer accounts through prospecting and relationship-building
Develop and execute account strategies and lead project teams to achieve sales targets
Understand customer business challenges and propose tailored technology solutions using Everpure's portfolio
Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and foster teamwork internally and with partners
Maintain deep industry knowledge and continuously work towards customer success post-sale
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development.
Sales experience with the financial industry and deep knowledge of the finance industry.
Ability to build and invest in relationships with customers to establish value and drive customer satisfaction.
Experience leading a complex sales process involving multiple stakeholders, fostering teamwork and shared ownership internally and with partners.
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving referenceable business.
Experience developing and executing account plans and leading project teams to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills, able to build and deepen relationships over time.
Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to maximize revenue and efficiency.
Ability to prospect and open doors to new customers, with proven prospecting skills.
Experience engaging with C-level executives and effectively communicating the value of solutions.
Technical knowledge to leverage Everpure’s product portfolio in solving customer problems, with a challenger mindset and a desire to understand customer business challenges.
Ability to understand and engage Japanese financial customers with sincerity and passion, and to propose solutions based on customer insights and technology expertise.
Intermediate English skills are welcome, and native-level Japanese language skills are required.
Ability to lead and manage customer relationships through investment and continuous engagement to achieve customer satisfaction.
Ability to formulate and execute account plans and lead project teams to meet quarterly and annual sales goals.
