Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales lifecycle to acquire new FSI customers and expand existing relationships
Design and propose customized data storage solutions to meet complex procurement requirements
Develop and execute account plans and pipeline strategies to achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer success
Requirements
Proven success navigating the FSI and Federal Systems Integrator landscape, with a deep understanding of unique procurement processes, contract negotiations, and the mission-critical nature of intelligence data.
Experience leading multi-stakeholder sales processes and fostering shared ownership with internal teams and external partners to win complex deals.
Ability to own the full sales lifecycle, including driving the strategic acquisition of new FSI logos and expanding existing relationships by identifying high-value opportunities that align with Everpure's all-flash technology and data solutions.
Experience architecting value-driven solutions by leading cross-functional pursuit teams and partners to design and propose customized data storage solutions that solve complex procurement challenges, RFPs, RFIs, and meet rigorous agency requirements.
Developing and executing comprehensive account plans and pipeline strategies to consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while maximizing market presence.
Building deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders to establish Everpure as a long-term strategic partner, ensuring technology delivers measurable business impact and industry-leading satisfaction.
Deep understanding of the FSI and Federal Systems Integrator market, including procurement processes, contract negotiations, and the mission-critical nature of intelligence data.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate seamlessly between data center technicians and boardroom executives, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
Experience in strategic relationship building and collaborative leadership, leading multi-stakeholder sales processes and fostering shared ownership with internal teams and external partners to win complex deals.
