Job Description
The role involves driving new business and managing enterprise accounts for Pure Storage's all-flash storage solutions in Switzerland, focusing on building customer relationships, developing account strategies, and collaborating with partners to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business and secure enterprise accounts through prospecting and relationship building
- Develop and execute account strategies to close deals and meet sales quotas
- Collaborate with partners, including channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners, to position solutions
- Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to ensure successful sales outcomes
- Present proposals and communicate the benefits of Pure Storage solutions to clients
Requirements
- 8 years of field sales experience.
- Experience with direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts.
- Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
- Advanced prospecting skills required to engage new customers.
- Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Strong drive for sales and relationship building.
- Goal-oriented attitude and desire to drive change.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Fluent in German and professional proficiency in English; native Swiss-German is a plus.
