The role involves developing new enterprise business opportunities in Uzbekistan by promoting innovative all-flash storage solutions, building customer relationships, collaborating with partners, and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business and secure new customers through direct and indirect sales efforts
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to achieve sales targets
Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales quotas
Collaborate with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners to position the company's solutions
Develop and execute strategies to close deals consistently
Present proposals and communicate the benefits of the company's solutions to clients
Requirements
8 years of field sales experience in Uzbekistan and the wider region.
Experience with direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts.
Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
Advanced prospecting skills required for engaging new customers.
Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Native or bilingual proficiency in Uzbek language.
Professional level English language skills.
Must already be located in Uzbekistan or have previously lived in Uzbekistan and be willing to move back for the role.
