Job Description
The role involves developing new business and managing customer relationships as an Account Executive in the enterprise storage industry, focusing on promoting innovative all-flash storage solutions, collaborating with partners, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business and secure new customers through direct and indirect sales
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, partner sales, and marketing teams to drive success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
- Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to achieve sales targets
- Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Work with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners to position Pure Storage solutions
- Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently
- Present proposals and communicate the benefits of Pure Storage solutions effectively
Requirements
- 8 years of field sales experience
- Experience with direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts, especially within the TASE
- Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners
- Advanced prospecting skills in engaging new customers
- Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
- Ability to develop and implement account strategies to close deals consistently
- Strong drive for sales and relationship building
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Native Bilingual proficiency in Hebrew and professional proficiency in English
- Knowledge of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture
