The role involves developing new business and managing customer relationships as an Account Executive in the enterprise storage industry, focusing on promoting innovative all-flash storage solutions, collaborating with partners, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business and secure new customers through direct and indirect sales
Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, partner sales, and marketing teams to drive success
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to achieve sales targets
Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales quotas
Work with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners to position Pure Storage solutions
Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently
Present proposals and communicate the benefits of Pure Storage solutions effectively
Requirements
8 years of field sales experience
Experience with direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts, especially within the TASE
Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners
Advanced prospecting skills in engaging new customers
Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
Ability to develop and implement account strategies to close deals consistently
Strong drive for sales and relationship building
Excellent time management and communication skills
Native Bilingual proficiency in Hebrew and professional proficiency in English
Knowledge of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture
