Job Description
The role involves developing new business and managing customer relationships as an Account Executive in the enterprise storage industry, focusing on promoting innovative all-flash storage solutions, collaborating with partners, and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote innovative all-flash enterprise storage solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to acquire new customers
- Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Collaborate with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners to position products
- Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently
- Present proposals and communicate the benefits of Pure Storage solutions
Requirements
- 8 years of field sales experience
- Business fluent German and professional English proficiency
- Experience with direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts
- Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners
- Advanced prospecting skills in engaging new customers
- Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
- Ability to develop and implement account strategies to close deals consistently
- Strong drive for sales and relationship building
- Knowledge of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture
- Excellent time management and communication skills
