Job Description
This role involves evangelizing and selling all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions, building strong customer relationships, leading pursuit teams, and managing a sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets in Turkey.
Key Responsibilities
- Evangelize and promote Pure's all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions to customers
- Build and develop relationships with customers to demonstrate Pure's value proposition
- Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to engage internal resources for customer acquisition
- Manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Assess customer needs and position technology solutions to address business challenges
- Identify and prospect new customers to expand the customer base
- Lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
- Ensure post-sales customer success and satisfaction
Requirements
- Based in Istanbul, Turkey, with the ability and willingness to be present in the office for 3 days a week, subject to variations based on business need according to Pure s Hybrid Work Policy.
- Authenticity and a genuine desire to engage customers and understand their business challenges.
- Thought leadership, creativity, and a Challenger Mindset, with the ability to apply customer insights and expertise in technology solutions to position Pure s portfolio to solve persistent problems.
- Proven prospecting skills as an avid hunter, consistently opening doors to new customers and navigating seamlessly between the boardroom and the data centre while passionately positioning the advantages of a Pure Storage solution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, with the ability to build relationships easily and deepen them over time.
- Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
- Expertise in leading a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders, fostering teamwork and shared ownership internally and with partners.
- A consistent track record of exceeding sales quota and driving referenceable business.
- Demonstrated passion for post-sales customer success.
- Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience focused on new logo acquisition or business development in Turkey, specifically within FSI clients.
- Experience in consistently delivering between 5 million and 10 million USD in revenue per year.
