Job Description
A Senior Software QA Engineer responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of innovative SaaS products that leverage AI and machine learning technologies, working within an agile, collaborative team to support the development of cutting-edge digital solutions for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software quality
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve quality issues and improve product quality
Requirements
- Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance or Testing roles with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and processes.
- Experience in designing, developing, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance life cycle (QALC).
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks relevant to web and software testing (specific tools not specified but implied).
- Ability to identify, document, and track software defects and issues, and verify defect fixes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment with close collaboration across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (implied as a typical requirement for senior QA roles).
- Ability to work remotely and independently, managing tasks effectively without direct supervision.
- Physical and mental capacity to perform testing activities, including attention to detail and patience during testing cycles.
