Job Description
A Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of innovative SaaS products that leverage AI and machine learning technologies, working closely with agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve quality issues and improve product quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a focus on testing web and/or mobile applications, including designing and executing test plans and test cases.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks relevant to web and mobile applications.
- Ability to identify, document, and track software defects and issues, and verify bug fixes.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and improve testing processes.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple testing tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with performance testing, security testing, or API testing is a plus (not mandatory).
