The role involves developing new business and promoting Everpure's innovative all-flash enterprise storage solutions to manufacturing and financial industry customers in Japan, building strong relationships, leading sales efforts, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business and acquire new customers in the enterprise sector, focusing on manufacturing and financial industries in Japan.
Promote and evangelize Everpure's all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions to customers.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and value realization.
Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to engage internal resources and secure new customer acquisitions.
Manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, partner sales, and marketing teams to drive sales success.
Assess customer needs, understand business challenges, and propose tailored technology solutions.
Lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and foster teamwork internally and with partners.
Plan and execute strategic account management to maximize revenue and operational efficiency.
Ensure post-sales customer success and ongoing relationship development.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development.
Experience in sales within the financial industry and deep knowledge of the finance industry.
Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
Expertise in leading a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders, fostering teamwork and shared ownership internally and with partners.
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving referenceable business.
Ability to build and invest in relationships with customers to establish value and drive high customer satisfaction ratings.
Experience in building and managing a healthy and robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, with the ability to build and deepen relationships over time.
Ability to lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to ensure engagement of all internal resources to execute and win new customers.
Experience in evangelizing and promoting enterprise storage technology and data solutions to manufacturing customers in Japan.
Strong understanding of customer business challenges and the ability to apply customer insights and technology solutions to solve persistent problems.
Ability to communicate effectively with executive management and data center personnel, from boardroom to technical environments.
Experience in developing and executing strategic account plans and managing multiple stakeholders in a sales process.
Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and being recognized for business achievements.
Passion for post-sales customer success and ongoing customer engagement.
Moderate level of English reading comprehension required to perform job-related tasks effectively.
Ability to sincerely engage with manufacturing customers in Japan, demonstrating honesty and passion for understanding their business challenges.
