The role involves selling enterprise storage solutions to commercial customers, building strong relationships, leading sales strategies, and exceeding sales targets through prospecting and managing complex sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate overall strategy and relationships with assigned accounts
Lead team-selling efforts with internal teams and strategic partners to close business
Evangelize and demonstrate the value of all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions to customers
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
Develop account plans and lead pursuit teams to secure new customers
Manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas
Assess customer needs and position solutions to address business challenges
Lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
Drive new logo acquisition and business development to generate revenue
Requirements
Experience selling into Commercial customers in Missouri and Kansas.
Currently living in Missouri.
At least 5 years of outside sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development.
Proven track record of consistently delivering between 5 million and 10 million USD in annual revenues.
Ability to lead and coordinate overall sales strategy and relationship management with assigned accounts.
Ability to lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to engage internal resources for winning new customers.
Ability to build and invest in customer relationships to establish value and drive customer satisfaction.
Ability to build a healthy and robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Experience leading a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders, fostering teamwork and shared ownership internally and with partners.
Excellent written and oral interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build and deepen relationships over time.
Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a sales territory to maximize revenue and efficiency.
Experience evangelizing enterprise storage technology and data solutions to customers, ensuring understanding of the value proposition.
Experience in prospecting and opening doors to new customers, with a focus on new logo acquisition.
Demonstrated ability to apply customer insights and technology expertise to position solutions effectively.
