The role involves selling enterprise storage solutions to customers in Alberta and British Columbia, building strong relationships, leading sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through prospecting, account management, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate strategy and manage relationships with assigned accounts in Alberta and British Columbia
Lead team-selling efforts with internal teams and strategic partners to close business
Evangelize Pure Storage's data storage solutions and communicate their value to customers
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and drive sales
Develop account plans and lead pursuit teams to engage internal resources for customer acquisition
Manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
Prospect and open new customer opportunities through effective outreach and engagement
Lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and foster teamwork
Achieve and exceed revenue targets, consistently delivering $5-10M annually in new business
Requirements
Experience selling into customers in the Alberta and British Columbia regions, specifically in Calgary or Vancouver.
Currently residing in Calgary or Vancouver.
At least 5 years of outside sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development.
Consistently delivering between 5 million to 10 million CAD in revenues per year.
Proven track record of exceeding sales quota and driving referenceable business.
Ability to lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to ensure all internal resources are engaged to execute and win new customers.
Ability to build and invest in relationships with customers to establish value and drive customer satisfaction.
Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
Expertise in leading a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders, fostering teamwork and shared ownership internally and with partners.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build and deepen relationships over time.
Avid hunter with proven prospecting skills, consistently opening doors to new customers and positioning solutions effectively.
Ability to evangelize and promote all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions, ensuring customers understand the total value proposition.
Authenticity and a genuine desire to engage customers and understand their business challenges.
