Job Description
The Senior Associate in Business Operations Strategic Analytics at Plus Power is responsible for supporting data management, developing analytics tools, and creating reports to enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making in the company's energy storage projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to improve data visibility and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency through collaboration with internal teams on data management and quality control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual reporting and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support project monitoring and strategic decisions.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to strategic analytics and ensure compliance with policies.
Requirements
- Minimum BA/BS in economics, finance, data science, business, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused role.
- Ability to synthesize and present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, high-quality results.
- Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail.
- Advanced experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Query, SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Power Apps or other low-code programming tools.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Fabric or other end-to-end data management platforms.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or other AI agent development platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft suite of tools and applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
