Job Description

The Regional Manager, Customer Success leads a team of Customer Success Managers to drive adoption, retention, and growth within the European public sector, ensuring value delivery and strategic account management for satellite data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure high-touch engagement and resource allocation.
  • Oversee regional operations for the Civil Government portfolio, ensuring delivery of measurable value.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for regional customer issues and at-risk accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align account growth strategies and ensure smooth transitions from implementation to long-term value realization.
  • Analyze customer data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and assess account health.
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies tailored to diverse regulatory and political environments across Europe.

Requirements

  • Four years of relevant work experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Two years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of the unique requirements, procurement cycles, and long-term value roadmaps required for civil government accounts.
  • Understanding of European procurement frameworks and the nuances of working with intergovernmental organizations.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with executive-level stakeholders within complex organizations.
  • Knowledge of customer success methodologies and best practices for high-touch engagement.
  • Ability to communicate and synthesize complex technical concepts for diverse audiences in English, the language of the company.
  • Ability to lead a multicultural team and manage stakeholders across different time zones, languages, and business etiquettes.
  • Compliance with export control requirements, including access to U.S. and German EU export-controlled information, with the ability to do so without additional export licensing.
