Job Description
The IT Support Specialist provides essential technical support to employees across Europe and Asia, managing device lifecycle, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining videoconferencing systems to ensure smooth and efficient office operations in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of devices, including procurement, setup, deployment, maintenance, patch management, and decommissioning.
- Provide technical support for Windows and MacOS users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Support and maintain office videoconferencing systems such as Polycom and Zoom Rooms.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure employees have necessary IT resources and access.
- Collaborate with the IT team to deliver high-quality support across EMEA and APAC regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- Ability to work well as part of a team with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to provide friendly, approachable support to users.
- Proficiency in supporting Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience in IT user support, with a focus on device lifecycle management, user support, and videoconferencing solutions.
- Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian tools Jira, Confluence, or similar systems.
- Solid knowledge of videoconferencing solutions Polycom, Zoom.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English, the language of the company.
