Job Description

The Sales Enablement Coordinator supports the sales and customer success teams by managing enablement content, systems, and training programs to ensure operational efficiency and effective delivery of sales and customer success enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Enablement team's daily operations and program management
  • Manage content for enablement events and develop scalable training resources
  • Coordinate creation of role-specific training content with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain and optimize enablement assets and systems for accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage the team's Jira helpdesk to support inbound requests and work efficiently
  • Support sales tech stack adoption by managing provisioning documentation and templates
  • Assist Customer Success team with development and delivery of targeted enablement content
  • Review and support localization of training content for global teams
  • Act as primary operational support contact for the enablement team
  • Contribute to the development of learning paths and training artifacts

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in an operational, coordinator, or related support capacity, ideally within a commercial, sales, or training environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience in program management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Familiarity with or the ability to quickly upskill on a sales tech stack such as Salesforce, Gong, Skilljar.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage content creation timelines and projects.
  • Ability to maintain, organize, and optimize digital assets and systems.
  • Ability to conduct basic data analysis to inform efforts and initiatives.
  • Ability to act as the primary support contact for the enablement team’s core operational needs.
  • Ability to support localization efforts by reviewing and assisting with specialized, translated training content for global teams.
  • Working knowledge of Instructional Design or design authoring tools such as Rise.
