Job Description

A strategic sales role focused on engaging with German public sector organizations to drive digital transformation using Celonis' Process Intelligence platform, building long-term relationships and managing complex sales cycles in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate Celonis public sector value proposition through presentations and proposals
  • Own and achieve annual sales targets within assigned public sector accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with public sector stakeholders at federal and state levels
  • Engage with partners such as consulting firms and technology vendors to support sales efforts
  • Drive complex sales cycles by orchestrating virtual teams across various functions

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the German public sector at federal and or state level, supported by an established professional network
  • Strong background in sales and or management consulting
  • Highly ambitious, driven, and results-oriented with a track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships and engage with them across complex organizations
  • Experience managing complex, long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate direct and matrix organizational structures
  • Demonstrated success in working with or through partners, especially consulting firms and enterprise technology providers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German fluent and English
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, prioritization, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment, approaching challenges with adaptability, creativity, and a growth mindset
