Job Description

The role involves leading global demand generation and marketing operations for a space and data company, focusing on developing strategic digital marketing campaigns, optimizing channels, and collaborating with sales to drive revenue and growth in sectors like defense, civil government, and commercial markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital demand generation strategy to drive qualified opportunities and pipeline.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including SEM, paid social, SEO, and display advertising.
  • Design and implement integrated digital campaigns and account-based marketing frameworks to engage high-value customer segments.
  • Collaborate with sales and other teams to align messaging, campaign execution, and metrics for pipeline growth.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing performance using data modeling and analytics to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee marketing operations to ensure data governance, lead scoring, and routing processes are efficient.
  • Refine and own marketing attribution models to measure campaign performance and inform optimization.
  • Lead strategic initiatives involving AI and automation to enhance marketing personalization and efficiency.
  • Hire, manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team and manage vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • Ten years of experience in B2B demand generation at a technology-focused enterprise-scale business.
  • Eight years of management experience, building and scaling teams of four or more professionals.
  • Experience marketing technical products, data, analytics, and platforms in Defense Intelligence (D I), Civil Government, and Commercial sectors.
  • Experience supporting Go-To-Market motions.
  • Experience successfully aligning global sales teams across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to accelerate pipeline and revenue across multiple verticals.
