Job Description
A temporary role supporting Planet's Customer Success team by managing customer accounts, facilitating onboarding, and providing operational support to ensure a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of customer accounts using CRM tools to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Create and deliver custom usage reports to help customers understand their ROI
- Support Sales and Customer Success teams with operational tasks related to account management
- Set up and manage partner access for strategic collaborations
- Act as a point of contact for partner onboarding questions and technical setup
- Coordinate internal alignment and respond to bid requests to ensure accurate and timely provisioning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across time zones and global stakeholders, adapting to diverse cultures
- Comfort with data and reporting tools
- Clear communication and a proactive approach to solving problems
- A keen eye for identifying account expansion opportunities
- Proficiency with geospatial data formats and concepts, including GeoJSON, Shapefiles, and coordinate reference systems
- Professional working proficiency in English, the language of the company
