A temporary role supporting Planet's Customer Success team by managing customer accounts, facilitating onboarding, and providing operational support to ensure a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of customer accounts using CRM tools to ensure a seamless customer experience
Create and deliver custom usage reports to help customers understand their ROI
Support Sales and Customer Success teams with operational tasks related to account management
Set up and manage partner access for strategic collaborations
Act as a point of contact for partner onboarding questions and technical setup
Coordinate internal alignment and respond to bid requests to ensure accurate and timely provisioning
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks across time zones and global stakeholders, adapting to diverse cultures
Comfort with data and reporting tools
Clear communication and a proactive approach to solving problems
A keen eye for identifying account expansion opportunities
Proficiency with geospatial data formats and concepts, including GeoJSON, Shapefiles, and coordinate reference systems
Professional working proficiency in English, the language of the company
