Job Description
The Territory Manager, Site Origination is responsible for early-stage site acquisition and project development efforts for solar energy projects, including land assessment, outreach to landowners, lease negotiations, and project prioritization in targeted markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess solar land sites for potential development
- Initiate outreach to prospective landowners
- Conduct introductory phone calls with landowners
- Negotiate and process lease agreements with landowners
Requirements
- Experience in early-stage site acquisition and project development efforts for solar projects.
- Ability to assess solar land sites to determine suitability for development.
- Experience initiating outreach efforts to prospective landowners.
- Conducting introductory phone calls with prospective landowners.
- Negotiating and processing leases for signatures with landowners.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and communicate effectively in a developing project environment.
