The SVP of Commercial Operations at Pivot Energy will lead the company's fleet financial performance, develop strategic operational plans, and build digital solutions to optimize renewable energy assets, while collaborating across teams to scale organizational impact and ensure sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead people, process, and financial performance of the commercial operations fleet.
Develop and implement a long-term operational vision for commercial activities.
Manage end-to-end commercial operating systems, including revenue realization, forecasting, and reporting at asset and portfolio levels.
Build digital solutions to support fleet performance management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Construction, Operations and Maintenance, Legal, Project Finance, and Accounting.
Scale high-performing teams with expertise in fleet financial management, compliance, and revenue management in solar and storage assets.
Requirements
Extensive experience with fleet financial management and compliance in solar and storage assets.
Experience in customer and revenue management in solar and storage assets.
Proven track record of scaling high-performing teams.
Experience building internal and external-facing processes, driving change within teams and with cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience with data and digital solutions for scaling organizations.
Ability to lead people, process, and operating fleet financial performance.
Ability to build critical feedback loops across enterprise operations based on operating fleet perspectives.
Ownership of the end-to-end commercial operating system from asset-level revenue realization through portfolio-level forecasting, reporting, and investor reporting.
Ability to partner to build out digital solutions to support current and future fleet performance management.
Experience working closely with Construction, Operations and Maintenance, Legal, Project Finance, and Accounting teams.
Leadership skills focused on coaching and collaboration, with a commitment to helping people successfully deliver results.
Ability to draft and implement a long-term operational vision.
Willingness to travel up to 15-20% of the time.
Educational background or equivalent experience in a relevant field (implied but not explicitly specified).
