Job Description
The Senior Accountant will manage accounting transactions related to solar asset portfolios, including reviewing and posting accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with GAAP in a multi-entity environment, supporting the company's growth in the renewable energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and post accounts payable transactions
- Review and post accounts receivable transactions
- Perform reconciliations of financial accounts
- Manage accounting transactions within solar asset portfolios
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and multi-entity financial reporting standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, specifically in managing accounting transactions within multi-entity environments.
- Technical accounting skills in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Experience in reviewing and posting accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Experience in reconciliation of accounts and financial data related to asset portfolios.
- Ability to perform administrative duties related to accounting within solar asset portfolios.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting requirements for asset portfolios.
- Self-directed and motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
