Job Description
The Operations Associate will support complex projects related to community solar subscriptions, execute business operations, and enhance efficiency and accuracy while maintaining a customer-centric approach and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute business operations and serve customer needs
- Contribute to multifunctional project teams executing community solar subscriptions
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and respond to customer inquiries
- Produce memos and status reports related to project activities
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy in work processes
- Support data-driven department growth and complex project management
- Communicate effectively with internal and external audiences
Requirements
- Possess experience working on complex projects, demonstrating the ability to balance competing priorities and successfully communicate across a broader team.
- Have strong verbal communication skills and be able to liaise effectively with both internal and external audiences.
- Be process-oriented and prepared to support data-driven department growth.
- Have familiarity with project management best practices.
- Have knowledge of community solar and adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Be capable of responding to customer inquiries, producing memos and status reports, and completing other assignments as assigned by your manager.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric attitude and a track record of delivering high-quality work.
- Exhibit attention to detail in executing business operations and serving customer needs.
