Job Description
This role involves leveraging geospatial technology and industry knowledge to develop and manage customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and promote Esri's infrastructure solutions within various industries such as electric, gas, telecom, or rail. The position focuses on account management, solution selling, and professional collaboration to drive business expansion and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and develop location strategies for organizations
- Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities with new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs, industry knowledge, and key stakeholders
- Use solution selling to address customer challenges and articulate the value of Esri technology
- Execute account management and sales processes to meet opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement account strategies
- Research and pursue professional development to anticipate customer needs
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Understanding of account planning and opportunity strategy creation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of GIS and new technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
- Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, surveying, engineering, business administration, or a related field.

Compensation/salary range: $72,800 - $131,040 USD
