Job Description
The Associate, Project Finance supports the financing activities for renewable energy projects by managing data rooms, coordinating deliverables, and assisting with financial closings, gaining exposure to deal structuring and capital raising in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage data rooms and diligence trackers to coordinate project deliverables with internal departments
- Support Managers and Directors in financial closings with external stakeholders and financing parties
- Assist in capital raising and deal structuring activities related to renewable project financing
Requirements
- Support the financing of Pivot Energy's projects by managing data rooms and diligence trackers to coordinate deliverables with internal departments.
- Support Managers and Directors in financial closings with external stakeholders and financing parties.
- Develop a deep understanding of renewable project financing through exposure to capital raise and deal structuring endeavors.
