The Senior Paralegal, Legal Operations, supports legal strategy and operational priorities by managing litigation support, internal discovery, legal processes, and workflows, while providing direct assistance to the Chief Legal Officer in managing legal and administrative tasks in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support legal strategy, execution, and operational priorities across the company.
Assist with litigation and dispute support, including document collection, organization, and analysis.
Lead internal discovery efforts and manage legal documentation workflows.
Gather, validate, and reconcile information across teams to support legal and business positions.
Develop and implement scalable legal processes and workflows.
Track legal matters and manage legal documentation and deliverables.
Provide direct support to the Chief Legal Officer, including managing calendar, meetings, and key priorities.
Requirements
Experience supporting legal strategy, execution, and operational priorities across a company, with a focus on litigation and dispute support, internal discovery leadership, and data-driven analysis.
Ability to develop and implement scalable legal processes and workflows, including tracking legal matters and managing documentation workflows.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and ensure alignment of legal and strategic initiatives.
Experience leading internal efforts related to document collection, organization, and analysis in connection with litigation, partnership deliverables, regulatory matters, and other legal initiatives.
Ability to gather and validate information, reconcile data across sources, and support defensible legal and business positions by working closely with development, finance, operations, and other teams.
Comfort operating in ambiguity, highly detail-oriented, and able to translate complex legal and business information into clear, organized work products.
Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential matters.
Willingness to work in the Denver office three times per week as part of a hybrid work arrangement.
