The Senior IT Project Manager oversees and manages complex IT projects across the organization, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, while establishing standardized project management processes and collaborating with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee IT projects to ensure timely, within budget, and within scope delivery
Develop and track project budgets and schedules, including milestones and critical paths
Coordinate resources and manage resource allocation across teams and third parties
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and teams
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
Establish and implement standardized US PMO processes aligned with corporate strategy
Maintain project documentation including requirements, risk management, and milestone checklists
Lead capacity planning, project prioritization, and resource determination for IT needs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business field of study with at least 10 years experience leading IT projects, or 15 years of IT project management experience.

5 years of relevant IT professional-level work experience is preferred.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or the ability to achieve certification within the first year.
Strong background in IT disciplines and related architecture.
Professional experience with both Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodology.
Demonstrates ability to adapt to diverse cultures, time zones, and related factors.
Excellent presentation and business communication skills for executive, managerial, and individual contributor staff levels.
Assertive and professional attitude, well organized, demonstrating self-confidence and leadership qualities.
Self-starting, self-motivated, and self-confident individual, open to taking on challenges and finding ways to succeed.
Proficient with Windows-based office applications and project management tools.
Excellent people skills, easy to work with, and the ability to motivate others.
Must be able to work in a global team environment.
Must display a very high degree of adaptability and flexibility to work jointly with others and accept suggestions and new ideas.
Must be able to travel domestically and overseas for extended periods if required.
Must be eligible to receive a US passport.
Must be able to travel by air.
Must be able to ride in a car for an extended time.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
Must be able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
Regular and on-time attendance.
This is a hybrid position requiring at least three days in the office.
