Job Description

The Senior CRM Analyst I is responsible for managing and enhancing Salesforce CRM systems, including configuration, system administration, and integration, to align technology with business goals. The role involves collaborating with global teams, supporting system updates, and providing technical support to optimize CRM functionality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform system setup, configuration, and administration within CRM software including Salesforce
  • Design, test, deploy, and support Salesforce functionality enhancements and solutions
  • Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications and configurations
  • Coordinate and manage data interfaces and integrations for Salesforce and related applications
  • Document, govern, and maintain the Salesforce data model to ensure data integrity and security
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for Salesforce
  • Provide technical leadership and supervise external partners when necessary
  • Coordinate application updates and perform testing of version upgrades
  • Develop and maintain user and technical support documentation
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve application and system incidents
  • Manage projects related to business process improvements and communicate project status

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in disciplines such as Computer Information Systems, Business Management Information Systems, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of relevant related experience, including but not limited to experience with Salesforce administration.
  • Prior hands-on Salesforce CRM experience required.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage projects across technical and functional disciplines and to execute assigned project tasks within established schedules.
  • Experience with integrating and interfacing systems.
  • Knowledge of relational database systems and experience with SQL.
  • Ability to adjust quickly to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all company levels and cultures.
  • Experience working with and managing vendors.
  • Demonstrated willingness to collaborate with others, build relationships, and involve others in decision making.
  • Ability to deliver results by solving or supporting others in solving problems, prioritizing tasks and resources, and focusing on outcomes.
  • Self-awareness, willingness to learn and grow, accept changes, and adapt effectively to changing work demands.
  • Ability to drive customer value through knowledge of the business, identifying customer needs, and delivering work to maximize customer value.
  • Willingness to promote improvement and innovation by staying ahead of trends, creating ideas and opportunities, and generating speed.
  • Willingness to take ownership by making decisions, taking responsibility, and driving initiatives forward.
  • Must be able to look at a computer screen for extended periods up to 4 hours.
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of 2-4 hours at a time.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to travel in vehicles, automobiles, trains, and planes for up to 10 hours.
  • Must comply with company dress code guidelines.
  • Must be able to travel to foreign countries.
  • Must be on call 24x7, as required.
  • Regular and on-time attendance.
