Job Description
A Lifecycle Marketing Manager responsible for managing and optimizing email and SMS marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, focusing on creative development, performance improvement, and supporting the growth of a young, mission-driven brand in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the build, deployment, and optimization of email and SMS marketing campaigns in Klaviyo.
- Manage all phases of creative development and asset production for marketing campaigns.
- Conduct quality assurance on campaign sends and ensure performance improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on campaign strategies and creative assets.
- Analyze campaign performance data to inform ongoing optimization efforts.
Requirements
- Own the day-to-day build, deployment, and optimization of email and SMS programs in Klaviyo.
- Enjoy all phases of creative development and have a detailed eye for asset production.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, lean, and collaborative environment.
- Be familiar with iterations and group input in campaign development.
- Think big while being resourceful in executing marketing strategies.
- Be passionate and comfortable working with a very young brand in its early stages of growth.
- Report to the Director of Lifecycle.
- Build and launch campaigns and flows within Klaviyo on a daily basis.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) on campaign sends.
- Drive performance improvements for email and SMS marketing programs.
- Be energized by the pace and possibility of a fast-growing, mission-driven company.
- Be a creative problem-solver who can make things happen with limited resources.
