Job Description
The Inventory Planner will manage inventory processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting the growth of a young, mission-driven brand focused on microbiome health through innovative probiotic products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels to meet production and demand requirements
- Forecast inventory needs based on sales data and market trends
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability
Requirements
- Experience in inventory planning within a fast-paced, lean, and collaborative environment.
- Ability to work effectively with group input and iterations.
- Resourcefulness in executing inventory plans and strategies.
- Passion for working with a very young brand in its early stages of growth.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, mission-driven company environment.
- Ability to think big while maintaining attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving skills to make things happen with limited resources.
