Job Description
The Sales Manager for Taiwan will be responsible for expanding renewable energy sales, developing client relationships, negotiating commercial agreements such as PPAs, and supporting the company's growth in Taiwan's evolving energy market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial sales activities, including negotiations and contract closures with clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales volume targets.
- Create tailored renewable energy solutions for corporate clients and municipalities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project alignment, contract compliance, and timely execution.
- Identify and prioritize market opportunities in Taiwan's renewable energy sector.
- Monitor regulatory changes, market trends, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including government agencies and project partners.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking sessions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales and account management within the energy or related sectors.
- Proven track record in sales, client management, and negotiating commercial contracts, especially within the energy or renewable energy sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in business, energy, finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Understanding of Taiwan’s energy market, regulatory frameworks, and PPA structures.
- Experience with large-scale energy solutions or renewable energy projects (considered a plus).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in Chinese spoken and written (business-level English is a plus).
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently in a cross-functional team environment.
