Job Description
Peak Energy is seeking an Intern in Renewable Energy Finance to support investment analysis, project financing, and M&A activities within their fast-growing clean energy platform, focusing on financial modeling, due diligence, and reporting for renewable energy projects across Asia-Pacific.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for renewable energy projects and M&A opportunities
- Evaluate investment opportunities through financial analysis and assist in deal structuring
- Support due diligence processes by assessing risks and gathering relevant information
- Prepare presentations and internal reports highlighting financial performance and trends
Requirements
- Currently in an undergraduate or post-graduate programme with background in finance, accounting, or other related fields.
- Experience in creating and utilizing financial models, particularly in the renewable energy sector, will be seen favourably, but is not mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in financial modelling and analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
