Job Description
The HR Intern will support Peak Energy's HR team with onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and project initiatives, helping to streamline HR operations and improve employee experience within a renewable energy company.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, exit interviews, and system access management
- Assist in administering performance reviews and supporting employee goal-setting and feedback processes
- Identify and propose process improvements within HR operations and participate in automation projects
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist in tracking HR metrics and preparing related reports
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 SharePoint, Lists, and Power Automate is highly preferred.
