Job Description
The HR Intern will support Peak Energy's HR team with onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and process improvement initiatives, contributing to enhancing HR operations and employee experience within a renewable energy company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including organizing orientation, preparing documentation, conducting exit interviews, and managing system access and payroll settlements
- Assist in administering performance reviews, collecting data, and supporting employee goal-setting and feedback processes
- Identify and propose process improvements in HR operations and participate in HR automation projects using tools like Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint
- Participate in HR-related projects such as process audits and HRIS enhancements, maintaining accurate HR records and tracking key metrics
- Support the preparation of reports on employee onboarding, performance evaluations, and engagement analytics
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 SharePoint, Lists, and Power Automate is highly preferred.
