Job Description

The Enterprise Account Executive will lead the growth and adoption of wildfire detection technology within the Utilities and Energy sectors in Texas and Louisiana, building relationships with key stakeholders and managing long sales cycles to establish a regional presence for the company's innovative climate resilience platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the Utilities and Energy vertical in the Texas and Louisiana region.
  • Build relationships with executives across Operations and Risk within target organizations.
  • Translate complex climate resilience technology into measurable operational value for clients.
  • Advance multi-stakeholder deals through long sales cycles.
  • Establish a regional footprint for the company's wildfire detection platform.

Requirements

  • The candidate must be a self-directed enterprise seller who thrives in open territories, builds relationships with executives across Operations and Risk, and consistently advances multi-stakeholder deals through long sales cycles.
  • The candidate must have experience translating complex climate resilience technology into measurable operational value for utilities, energy providers, and public-sector partners.
  • The candidate must have the ability to earn credibility through insight, persistence, and performance.
  • The candidate must have experience leading and growing the Utilities and Energy vertical in the Texas and Louisiana region.
  • The candidate must have a proven track record in building a new regional footprint for a platform.
  • The candidate must have experience in enterprise sales, including building relationships with high-level stakeholders and managing long sales cycles.
  • The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise sales or a related field.
  • The candidate must have a bachelor's degree or higher (implied by the need for complex technical and stakeholder communication skills).
