Job Description
The Manager of Technical Program Management at Pano AI will lead cross-functional teams to execute and scale wildfire detection programs from concept to launch, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional program execution across engineering, product, and operations teams.
- Drive programs from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Establish and iterate on processes to improve efficiency and alignment.
- Help teams stay aligned and accountable across competing priorities.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Scale the organization’s programs with a focus on balancing speed and quality.
Requirements
- Experience leading cross-functional program execution across engineering, product, and operations teams.
- Ability to play a pivotal role in helping scale the company with precision, balancing speed and quality while driving programs from concept to launch.
- Proven track record of establishing and iterating on processes to improve team alignment and accountability across competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey technical and non-technical information to stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-moving and rapidly evolving startup environment.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and deliver high-impact results.
- Hands-on leadership experience in technical program management roles.
