Job Description
The Enterprise Account Executive will lead the growth and adoption of wildfire detection technology within the Utilities and Energy sectors in the Northeast U.S., building relationships with key stakeholders and translating complex climate resilience solutions into operational value to support Pano AI's expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Utilities and Energy vertical in the Northeast region.
- Build and expand regional market presence for the company's wildfire detection platform.
- Translate complex climate resilience technology into operational value for utilities, energy providers, and public-sector partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with executives across Operations and Risk departments.
- Advance multi-stakeholder deals through long sales cycles.
Requirements
- The candidate must be a self-directed enterprise seller who thrives in open territories, builds relationships with executives across Operations and Risk, and consistently advances multi-stakeholder deals through long sales cycles.
- The candidate must have experience in translating complex climate resilience technology into measurable operational value for utilities, energy providers, and public-sector partners.
- The candidate must have the ability to earn credibility through insight, persistence, and performance in a sales environment.
- The candidate must have a proven track record of building and growing enterprise accounts within the Utilities and Energy vertical in the Northeast region (MA, NY, NJ, CT, PA, RI).
- The candidate must have experience in leading and developing a new regional footprint for a proven platform.
- The candidate must have experience in building relationships with senior executives and decision-makers in Operations and Risk departments.
- The candidate must have experience in managing and advancing multi-stakeholder deals through long sales cycles.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in climate tech, wildfire detection, or related industries.
- The candidate must have a bachelor's degree or higher (specific degree requirements are not explicitly stated but implied as a baseline for enterprise sales roles).
- The candidate must be able to work in a hybrid-remote environment, with the ability to travel within the Northeast region as needed.
