Job Description
The Enterprise Account Executive Federal is responsible for building and leading Pano AI's federal presence by driving new business with key government agencies, promoting the company's AI-powered wildfire detection platform, and establishing trusted relationships to support wildfire mitigation and response efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead Pano's federal presence by driving new business within key agencies such as BLM, USDA Fire, and DOI
- Position the AI-powered wildfire detection platform as a mission-critical capability to federal agencies
- Establish and develop trusted relationships across multiple levels within federal agencies
- Shape a repeatable go-to-market strategy for the federal government sector
- Achieve meaningful revenue targets within the first year
Requirements
- Proven experience in building and leading a federal sales presence, with a focus on driving new business within key agencies such as the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Fire, and the Department of the Interior (DOI).
- Ability to position an AI-powered platform as a mission-critical capability that strengthens national resilience, supports wildfire mitigation, and accelerates response.
- Track record of delivering meaningful revenue within the first year of employment.
- Experience in shaping a repeatable go-to-market strategy for the federal government sector.
- Ability to establish trusted relationships at multiple levels across federal agencies.
- Demonstrated success in opening and growing a company's footprint across federal agencies overseeing land, energy, and emergency response sectors.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with federal agency stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to federal government procurement processes and decision-making structures.
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders within federal agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (implied, as the role involves high-level enterprise sales).
- Physical and mental capacity to handle high-impact, market-making responsibilities in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
