Job Description
A temporary Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting processes, building strong stakeholder relationships, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to support the company's growth in the clean energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting independently across various roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to align hiring strategies with team goals.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Use recruiting data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve recruitment processes.
- Ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
- Negotiate and extend job offers, aligning compensation with market benchmarks and company goals.
- Proactively identify and resolve recruitment roadblocks, driving process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high growth or mission driven companies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to be seen as a trusted partner and advisor.
- Proficiency in sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, recruiting analytics, and process optimization.
- Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Strong sense of ownership, taking initiative and following through with limited direction.
- Collaborative ability to work cross-functionally to drive alignment and outcomes.
- Data-driven and analytical skills, with the ability to use metrics to inform recruiting strategy and measure success.
- Creative and resourceful, able to think outside the box and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms, such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
