The Senior Marketing Manager will drive growth and demand generation for Palmetto's energy products, focusing on go-to-market strategies, product storytelling, and sales enablement to accelerate adoption of key business units like HVAC Comfort Plan.
Key Responsibilities
Own growth strategy and execution for HVAC Comfort Plan, including awareness, conversion, and retention
Develop and implement channel-specific growth programs across paid, owned, partnership, lifecycle, affiliate, and field channels
Partner with Data Analytics to define success metrics, dashboards, CAC, LTV models, and test-and-learn roadmaps
Identify and address growth bottlenecks and opportunities across the marketing funnel
Build scalable playbooks for additional product lines such as storage, backup, and future energy services
Serve as a product marketing partner to GMs, translating product features into customer value propositions and supporting product launches
Develop sales enablement tools, messaging, and collateral to assist sales teams in explaining value and closing deals
Collaborate with RevOps and Sales to align incentives, offers, and messaging, and improve cross-sell and expansion opportunities
Manage agency and vendor partners to support growth initiatives
Define and establish standards for effective growth marketing practices at Palmetto
Requirements
5-8 years in growth marketing, product marketing, or GTM roles
Proven experience driving growth for B2C or B2B2C products, ideally in subscription, marketplace, fintech, proptech, or climate energy
Hands-on experience owning metrics, including building plans, writing briefs, working closely with creative teams, and analyzing performance
Experience partnering closely with product leaders or General Managers (GMs)
Strong growth instincts with a data-driven, experimental mindset
Comfortable moving between strategy and execution
Ability to influence without authority and thrive in cross-functional environments
Clear, compelling communicator, both written and verbal
Experience in HVAC, home services, energy, or consumer finance is preferred
Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, subscriptions, or leasing models is preferred
Experience supporting multi-product portfolios or marketplaces is preferred
