The Relationship Specialist manages support and transaction processes for Palmetto's financial products, collaborates with partners and regional managers, and helps improve internal systems to ensure a seamless experience for EPC partners in the renewable energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
Support and process financial product transactions for EPC partners through various channels
Manage queues within the financial portal to ensure smooth partner transactions and resolve blockers
Provide coaching and training to EPC sales representatives on transactions
Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to understand partner needs and build relationships
Gather and communicate insights from partner interactions to leadership for product and experience improvements
Assist in implementing regional strategies to increase EPC engagement and support pipeline development
Requirements
Three years of experience in a Product Operations, Customer Service, or Account Management Support role preferred
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a passion for building and nurturing relationships
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills that improve collaboration and drive mutual success
Enjoys working in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment
Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced customer-centric environment where priorities may change quickly
Strong problem solving abilities, with the ability to analyze data, spot trends, and develop creative solutions to challenges
Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Intercom, chat support systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
