Job Description
The Supply Chain Program Planning Analyst manages the onboarding, demand forecasting, vendor list maintenance, and compliance documentation for Palmetto's clean energy equipment programs, supporting scalable growth and strong partner relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage EPC partner onboarding process, including workflow, documentation, and program access.
- Collect, review, and validate rolling equipment forecasts from EPCs and aggregate them into OEM-level projections.
- Maintain and update the Approved Vendor List (AVL) and ensure compliance with domestic content and FEOC requirements.
- Develop and maintain program reporting dashboards and analytics on forecast accuracy, program participation, and compliance status.
- Coordinate with OEMs and internal teams to ensure supply chain data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, program operations, or partner vendor management in a high-growth or scale-up environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and multi-source data aggregation; experience building forecasting models and synthesizing data into OEM-level projections is a strong plus.
- Experience maintaining approved vendor or component lists, bill-of-materials documentation, or country-of-origin compliance records.
- Familiarity with ITC safe harbor rules, including the Physical Work Test, Domestic Content bonus credit requirements, or FEOC material assistance thresholds, is a strong plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure AVL and DC FEOC compliance documentation meet audit-ready standards at all times.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with EPC partners, OEM counterparts, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment, with availability to work U.S. Pacific Mountain business hours or significant overlap.
