Job Description
The Inside Sales - HVAC role involves managing direct-to-consumer leads, providing customer support, and promoting renewable energy products through inbound inquiries and sales processes to drive customer satisfaction and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day direct-to-consumer lead management and sales process for energy products
- Respond promptly to inbound ecommerce customer inquiries via chat and calls
- Support and guide customers through project inquiries, product questions, and support tickets
- Maintain and review sales pipeline, ensuring projects progress to completion
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and workflows
- Upsell products and promote referral programs to customers
- Coordinate with sales, project, and technology teams on product launches and customer journey mapping
- Identify and resolve friction points in ecommerce and workflow processes
- Implement customer self-service workflows to enhance experience and reduce costs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Has a sales and customer service mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills, specifically G Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the construction or energy industry is preferred.
- HVAC sales experience is preferred.
- Product knowledge related to HVAC or energy products is preferred.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
